The Point of Care Marketing Association hosted 150 industry colleagues for their first Content, Connections & Cocktails event on October 26, 2022, at the spectacular PHD Rooftop Lounge at DREAM Downtown. The evening began with an announcement of the launch of the Point of Care Academy and an impressive data analysis from MedFuse, a healthcare data technology company.

The educational source on all aspects of the POC channel

  • These educational videos are designed to provide a solid understanding of how to plan, buy, execute, and measure POC media.
  • The academy is open to anyone, but POCMA members receive complimentary access.

The complete reach of Point of Care marketing

  • 10 participating POCMA members provided lists of health care professionals in their networks which were matched against MedFuse’s real-world data.
  • 80% of Rx patients are seen by an HCP with POC media.
  • 3 out of 4 prescriptions are written by an HCP with POC media.
  • In a Veeva Crossix cross channel impact case study, POC was the most cost-efficient driver of conversions. POC drove 17% of the NBRx attribution with only 2% of the media investment.

The event was a huge success and a fantastic time was had by all. The room was full of energy and laughter as attendees connected with colleagues and old friends, while listening to the incredible sounds of the “The Rakiem Walker Project” Feat. SONY/WEG RECORDING ARTIST “GLR¥A”.

We look forward to hosting our next event and hope to see you there!
