    Angelica L. Aguirre is a visionary Director specializing in Customer Experience Planning and Optimization with a focus on digital strategies. She strongly believes in the significance of point of care, recognizing it as the pivotal moment for reaching healthcare professionals (HCPs) and directly-to-consumer (DTC) audiences when they are ready to consider their treatment options. With a strategic mindset and cross-functional expertise, Angelica excels in optimizing digital channels to create impactful customer experiences during this critical stage in the healthcare journey.

    EVP, Group Director of Media Strategy & Innovation SOLVE(D), an IPG Health Company

    As the Head of Media for SOLVE(D), Ben is responsible for setting the vision and ensuring a disciplined, strategic and successful approach to paid media activation across the agency.

    Ben has been with SOLVE(D) since 2019, and a part of the IPG family for almost 20 years, spending nearly that entire time guiding integrated DTC and HCP media planning and activation for some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, including Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, Sanofi, and Teva, among many others.

    He has deep experience in a wide range of therapeutic categories, including leading brands in cardiovascular, immunology, dermatology, neurology, oncology and mental health categories from pre-launch through end-of-life cycle promotion.

    Ben has a strong passion for maximizing the use of data to fuel planning, and he has led the charge to overhaul the media reporting and analytics for several of his clients.

    He has also served as an industry advisor to POCMA since its inception, having been a part of the task force that worked to instill stronger campaign auditing and reporting standards & practices across the medium.

    Ben is a graduate of Lehigh University with a B.S. in marketing, and earned his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business with a concentration in Marketing & Strategy.
